These Terms and Conditions are supplementary to the contract between you and the proprietor of the forecourt (the “forecourt operator”) whose details are available on request at the kiosk or by calling 0113 887 4870. You will have entered into that contract by entering the forecourt site and/or dispensing petrol or making use of any other service available on the site.
Photographs and video evidence from CCTV or Automatic Number Plate Recognition in operation on the site may be obtained for investigation and enforcement purposes. These images and any other information you provide may be processed and shared for the purpose of debt recovery enforcement and crime prevention, performance of your contract for fuel (see below) and the legitimate interests of Forecourt Eye Ltd and the forecourt operator.
Failure to make immediate payment will result in an application being made to the DVLA for the registered keeper’s details for civil and criminal recovery purposes as stated on the signage around the forecourt.
No Means of Payment ('NMoP')
Where you know you do not have means of payment, please DO NOT dispense fuel. If you have dispensed fuel and realise you have no means of payment you must; enter the kiosk, provide accurate information on request and obtain a completed NMoP form. This may entitle you to a reduced administration fee.
Drive Off (DO)
A “drive-off” is when a customer draws fuel and leaves the premises without declaring they have the funds to pay for fuel or make any attempt to pay for the fuel. A Drive Off may be unintentional and will be dealt with in a civil manner. Intentional Drive-Offs are a criminal act. In both cases Forecourt Eye will apply for keeper details from the DVLA which allows us to pursue the driver for the debt. Criminal acts will be reported to the Police.
Administration Fee
You will be charged an administration fee in addition to the value of the fuel you have taken. The administration fees are calculated from the time the forecourt operator submits the incident to Forecourt Eye.
The administration fees shown in the chart below do not include any other additional charges.

In the event payment isn’t made in accordance with the above, you, the driver, agree to indemnify the forecourt operator for any losses (including collections fees). By entering onto the forecourt land, and dispensing fuel, you, the driver is entering into a contract with the forecourt operator.

Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are eligible for overpayments of fuel and administration fee requests must be submitted within 7 days of the incident being paid.
Contact for Refunds:
Customers must contact our customer support at [email protected] to initiate a refund request.
Provide your reference number, value of fuel and administration fees, and evidence of the overpayment including the reason for the refund request.
Verification Process:
Our team will review the refund request and may request additional information or evidence to assess eligibility.
Approved Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of the approval.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If a refund is not received within the specified timeframe, customers should check their bank account or contact their payment provider.
Refund Policy Changes:

Governing Law: The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts, of England & Wales .
